Prior to the beginning her real estate career in New York, our sales maven honed her skills early on as an ice cream scooper and cheerleader in the suburbs of Boston. As it turns out, it was beneficial experience to have in the real estate world; keeping your cool when things get hot and encouraging clients through emotional highs and lows! An avid traveler and Francophile, Lisa always returns to her roots dressed in de rigeur boots and jeans, a crisp button down shirt and statement necklace. She can frequently be seen on her front porch swing with Sophie, rescue weim, aka serial pajama thief and orchid assailant. Lisa prides herself on always being available for her clients before or after her almost daily dose of sushi and during her down time, Lisa dreams of a round of golf with Bubba, a ski chalet in Vail or Jackson Hole or perhaps a potential second career as a professional I-phone photographer. The highlight of Lisa’s year might have been Kenny in NOLA, George V @ 4 am, or maybe it was being kicked out of a Wrightsville Beach restaurant for wearing a bathing suit, in the heat of the summer- fresh off the boat? Needless to say, we no longer dine there….

Alice has years of experience that include beach lifeguard, horse farmer, Ritz Carlton poster child; Hickory Farms beef stick sampler and professional fundraiser. She has studied fashion through the pages of every magazine published in the last 20 years. Her current favorite is Garden & Gun because she loves flowers and dogs. Her inability to cook has insured that she is intimately familiar with every restaurant in the Wilmington area as well as any area where a good meal can be had. Alice’s predilection for shiny things has earned her the nickname “The Crow”. Her favorite shops Paysage and JMcLaughlin, are at arm’s length in Lumina Station. She has docked her boat at all area marinas and sandbars, looking for just the right spot and she can tell water depths with her eyes closed. As the Special Event Baroness, her mastery of the smashing soiree will be a much appreciated proficiency. Last but certainly not least, she is “the most interesting woman” in her husband’s world.
We met Lisa at an open house by chance. We were immediately impressed with her energy, enthusiasm, and local market knowledge.
